History: Administration Section has been established in Dhaka from 2020.
Functional areas:
- Managing Internal Transfer of Officers / Employees,
- Preservation of Personal Documents of Officers,
- Managing Leave Granted,
- Sending monthly, fortnightly report returns as per instructions of the CAG Office,
- Preparing and maintaining seniority list of employees,
- Promoting Junior Auditor / Office Assistants based on DPC,
- Pension Case Settlement,
- Sending / preserving annual confidential reports,
- Preserving the work book of the employees,
- Preparing Salary bill of Officers / Employees,
- Preparation of Travel Allowance Bill of Officers / Employees,
- Managing and recording Leave of Officers / Employees,
- GPF Advance Granted,
- Preparing expense accounts and preparing comparative statements by reconciling it with CAFO,
- Conducting necessary purchases for the office and recording the purchased goods in the stock register and issuing it for office purposes.
